We require 50% deposit upon booking the villa and a full payment 30 days prior to vacation time. Deposit is not refundable unless we can book the villa for the same dates for the same amount. Near by attractions includes: A golf course 3 minutes walk from villa. Also Scuba Diving, Tennis, Snorkeling and all water sports.

Villa Eden amenities includes: air conditioning, laundry, safe, Dish satellite, high speed Internet, long distance calls,vcr, cd player, microwave, designer furniture, large private pool, 1 king size bed, 4 Queen size beds, full service kitchen, designer beach chairs, a touch above home in Cozumel.

Upon your arrival in Cozumel, the manager of the house will meet you at the airport by holding a sign stating your name. You will then buy a taxi ticket, which will take you to the villa. The cost is about $5 to $8 us per person, and is not included in the price of the rental. Once you get to the house, the manager will then show you around and familiarize you with the new surroundings. We have prepared some refreshments and mineral water for you. The manager will help with any questions or services you might have or need including: Scuba diving spots, best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, car rentals or other attractions Cozumel has to offer. Also, the manager is available 24 hours a day during the course of your stay to assist and attend to any problems concerning house maintenance, should they arise. A housekeeping service is provided for your comfort every day of the week except Sunday. The housekeeper gives special attention each day to making sure your stay at Villa Bella is a comfortable one.
